The Promo is open only to registered users of the Jollibee App.
a. Open the Jollibee App on your mobile device during the Promo Period.
b. Tap the designated banner or widget for the Promo to access the Microsite.
c. First-time players will be prompted to enter a unique player name.
d. Returning players will be automatically logged into the Microsite homepage.
e. Once on the Microsite homepage, the game will be accessible to play.

To participate, you are required to provide a player name, which will be displayed on the in-game leaderboard if you qualify. Your playe name must not contain any explicit, offensive, inappropriate, or misleading language, and should not impersonate any other person or entity. We reserve the right to disqualify or edit any player name that violates these guidelines.

Providing your age group is optional and is only collected to help us understand user demographics and engagement. Your choice to provide or withhold this information will not affect your ability to join or participate in the Promo.

To enjoy the rewards you have unlocked in the game, simply follow these steps:
a. Open your rewards wallet in the Microsite to view your unlocked rewards.
b. Select the reward you wish to use and tap “Copy” to copy the reward code.
c. Exit the Microsite and go back to the Jollibee App home page.
d. Add items to your cart to meet the minimum order value.
e. Paste the copied reward code at the checkout page to apply your reward.

As mentioned, each reward requires a minimum order value shown in the table above, which will also be indicated on the reward wallet page. Make sure your order meets this requirement so you can use your reward.

While we strive to keep the Microsite accessible at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and shall not be liable for any issues arising from downtime or technical errors.

These Terms constitute our entire agreement with you regarding the Promo.

The Promo is governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any judicial action arising from or in connection with the Promo and these Terms shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction in Pasig City, to the exclusion of other venues.

Joy Run is a limited-time digital game available exclusively within the Jollibee Philippines App. By playing, you can win free item reward codes which you can use on your app delivery orders upon meeting a corresponding minimum order value.

Only registered users of the Jollibee Philippines App are eligible to play the game and receive rewards. Your account is necessary to track your game progress and ensure that any prizes you win are reflected in your rewards wallet within the game microsite.

You can play the game and earn rewards from August 11, 2025 to October 15, 2025. You can use the rewards you've won until December 15, 2025.

You can change the player name that appears in the game and on the leaderboard. Simply go to the "Account Details" section within the game microsite to update your information.

c. If you’re opening the game for the first time, enter a unique player name.
d. Start playing to score points and win rewards!

Rewards are free item promo codes that you unlock by reaching specific score tiers in the game. The higher you score, the more rewards you can unlock.

You can easily track all the rewards you've won by visiting the Reward Wallet tab within the game microsite. All your earned promo codes can be copied there.

To use a reward, visit your Reward Wallet in the game microsite to copy the promo code. Then, add your Jollibee favorites to your cart on the Jollibee Philippines App, and simply paste the promo code into the designated promo code box to get the free item. However, as stated in the Terms & Conditions, each reward has a corresponding minimum order value that you have to meet in order to get the free item.

No. This promo is exclusive to the Jollibee Philippines App. The promo codes you win can only be used for app delivery transactions. They are not valid for in-store purchases, dine-in, or take-out
