Our Company

Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) doing business under the name and style of Jollibee (formerly
Jollibee Foods Corporation) (the Parent Company or Ulitmate Parent Company) was
incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) on January 11, 1978.  The Parent Company and its subsidiaries (collectively
referred to as “the Jollibee Group”) and affiliates are involved primarily in the development,
operations and franchising of quick service restaurants (QSRs) under the trade names
“Jollibee”, “Chowking”, “Greenwich”, “Red Ribbon”, “Yonghe King”, “Hong Zhuang Yuan”, “Mang
Inasal”, “Burger King”, Highlands Coffee”, “PHO24”, “Hard Rock Café”, “Dunkin’ Donuts”,
“Smashburger”, “Tim Ho Wan”, Tortas Frontera”, and “The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®”.  Other
activities of the Jollibee Group include manufacturing and property leasing in support of the
QSR systems and other business activities.  

JFC is one of the largest Asian food service companies.  JFC has grown brands that bring
delightful dining experience to its customers worldwide, in line with its mission of serving great
tasting food and spreading the joy of eating to everyone.  JFC has over 5,800 stores spanning
33 countries.

JFC is also a significant investor in Titan Dining LP, the ultimate holding entity of Tim Ho Wan
Pte. Ltd.  JFC announced on February 15, 2021 that it will establish a 50/50 joint venture with
Yoshinoya International Philippines, Inc. to operate and expand the “Yoshinoya” brand in the
Philippines.  Yoshinoya is a beef bowl business based in Japan and one of the largest and most
recognized Japanese restaurant brands globally, with over 2,000 stores worldwide.  The joint
venture company will be the franchisee for “Yoshinoya” in the Philippines.  Completion of this
transaction is subject to standard legal agreements and regulatory authority approval.

JFC also operates a total of 19 commissaries worldwide: 11 in the Philippines, 2 in China, 4
in the United States and 2 in Vietnam. It builds and operates its own commissaries to supply
food products to its restaurants. This supply chain strategy aims to achieve superiority in
product quality and a very high level of assurance in food safety.

JFC is also committed to serving its host communities through socio-civic projects through
the Jollibee Group Foundation. The foundation has focused its work on feeding programs for
undernourished children in poor communities, developing farmers to become better
entrepreneurs and suppliers of agricultural products and providing disaster relief for calamity-
stricken regions.
