Grace Tan Caktiong

President of Jollibee Foundation and the Chairperson of the 2012 Board of Judges. She started the Cubao and Quiapo Ice Cream Houses with her then classmate, Tony Tan Caktiong in 1975 which evolved to become Jollibee Foods Corp. She attained her BS Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Sto. Tomas, where she graduated cum laude. She is a certified RPG Programmer and System Analyst, and was trained in BEWell Science of BELife University, Texas, U.S.A.  She setup Jollibee Foundation in 2004 and being at the helm of the Foundation, she ensures that Jollibee√¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s work with the community — foremost of which are its school feeding and agriculture  programs— is meaningful, effective and sustainable.  She is married to Jollibee Foods Corp founder and Chairman, Tony Tan Caktiong and they have three children.

Fr. Allan Abuan

Currently the National Training Director of the Marriage Encounter Foundation of the Philippines and Center for Family Ministries (CEFAM) and has moved many as an inspirational speaker for several seminars and counseling sessions. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sacred Theology from the University of Sto. Tomas and finished with the highest honor in his class.

Hon. Alicia R. Bala

Current Undersecretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). She is a Registered Social Worker by profession and attained her Bachelor of Science in Social Work, cum laude in Centro Escolar University, Manila in 1972 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1978 as an entrance college scholar in the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. She has been with the DSWD for over 30 years and has received various certificates from agencies, both government and non-government for her exemplary work as Regional Director of the DSWD National Capital Region Field Office and as Assistant Secretary. She was the 1st Awardee of the DSWD’s Best Manager Award in 2004.

Dr. Queena Lee-Chua

A professor, a columnist of the Philippine Daily Inquirer and an author of books and articles about transforming learning. She is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Maribel Sison-Dionisio

Has been a Marital and Family Counselor for over 21 years and founded the Love Institute, a pioneering company in the Philippines that provides a systematic program curriculum and other services to cater to unique relationship needs from marriage enhancement to raising children. She was, for three years, a regular Parenting Expert for ABS CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda and has also been regularly invited by DZMM’s Teleradyo and Radyo Singko’s Relasyon to serve as resource person. She has been happily married to Dr. Allan R. Dionisio for 28 years and together they give parenting and relationship talks.

Atty. Adel Tamano

Current dean of the College of Law at the Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro. He is also an accomplished writer with a weekly column entitled Mano-A-Mano in The Philippine Star. He graduated with a degree in AB Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. Later on, he attended the prestigious Harvard University, graduating with honors from the school’s Master of Law Graduate Program.

Audrey Tan-Zubiri

Wife to Senator Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri, is an entrepreneur and a known advocate of Bantay Bata and the Philippine Red Cross. She also does social work for her husband’s livelihood training programs. Aside from these activities and more importantly, she is a mother of two beautiful children.

Albert Cuadrante

Currently serves as the Vice President for Marketing of Jollibee. He joined the JFC group as head of Red Ribbon Marketing in 2008 and then assumed the same role in the company’s flagship brand a year later. He is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering. He is a faculty member at the Ateneo de Manila School of management. He is married to Joy Lazo and they have two children.

Theresa Jotie

Has been serving Jollibee Foods Corporation as Vice President for Human Resources since 2007. Spearheading the HR department of a family-oriented brand, she helped ensure that the company continues to excel in the quality of worklife, as well as the productivity and development of its employees. She graduated with a degree in Agriculture from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
