Terms and Conditions
The JolliKids Summer Fun Camp 2026 is a program of Jollibee Foods Corporation (“JFC”) designed for children aged 4 to 12 years old, and implemented at participating Jollibee stores, which may be owned and operated by JFC, its subsidiaries, or by independent franchisees (each a “Participating Store”). By registering, parents or legal guardians agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of their child:
1. Eligibility
The program is open to children aged 4 to 12 years old at the time of registration. Participation is open to residents from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
2. Parental/Guardian Consent
Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and that they are legally authorised to provide consent on behalf of the participating child.
3. Program Overview
The Jollikids Summer Fun Camp 2026 includes supervised, hands-on activities such as assisting at the Dine-In and Drive-Thru counters and making select Jollibee favourites, including Jolly Spaghetti, Yumburger, and Choco Sundae. Activities are conducted within Participating Stores and are intended for learning and experiential purposes only.
4. Registration Details
Registration is open until June 29, 2026, and is available at participating Jollibee stores only. Slots are limited and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. JFC and/or the Participating Store reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit registrations at its discretion.
5. Program Schedule and Duration
The camp runs for a 3-day session lasting from 2-3 hours per day, with schedules varying by store. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled days and activities. Failure to attend any session shall not entitle the participant to any refund or replacement session.
6. Fees and Inclusions
Registration fee is P799 per child, inclusive of participation in the program and specified inclusions. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of program cancellation initiated by JFC or the Participating Store .
7. Health and Safety
It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to inform the Participating Store of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of the child prior to participation, solely to enable appropriate safety measures during Program activities.
JFC and/or the Participating Store reserve the right to enforce safety protocols and, if such requirements cannot be reasonably accommodated, to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to follow instructions and behave appropriately during all activities. JFC and/or the Participating Store reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund or compensation.
9. Liability Waiver
Participation in the Program involves activities conducted within a restaurant environment, which may carry inherent risks. By registering, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and accepts these risks on behalf of the child and agrees to hold JFC, its subsidiaries, franchisees, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and service providers free and harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to the child’s participation in the Program, except as required by law.
10. Program Changes
JFC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the Program due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Data Privacy Consent
By registering, the parent or legal guardian consents to the collection, use, processing, and storage of their own personal data, specifically limited to the parent or guardian’s name or nickname, mobile contact number, and signature strictly necessary for the Program by Jollibee Foods Corporation (“JFC”), its subsidiaries, and/or the Participating Store, strictly for purposes directly related to the administration, management, safety, documentation, and conduct of the Program, including registration validation, scheduling, attendance monitoring, emergency coordination, compliance with applicable laws, and Program‑related communications (limited to SMS reminders), in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
Such personal data shall be collected manually and in‑store only, through physical registration forms. All collected data shall be securely retained in a designated storage location within the store premises, with access strictly limited to authorised personnel and subject to appropriate safeguards. No websites, mobile applications, online systems, cookies, tracking technologies, or automated data collection tools are used for the Program.
Such personal data shall be retained for a maximum of 2 weeks after the Program, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable laws or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, after which such data shall be securely disposed of.
For clarity, no personal data, images, or photographs of the participating child shall be collected, processed, or used for documentation, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Any information relating to the child that may be disclosed by the parent or legal guardian solely for health, safety, and emergency purposes under these Terms shall be used only for such purpose and shall not be retained beyond the Program unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
